In the past year, I have managed just two pub visits last August when the regulations allowed them to open for outside table service. That was to The Summit at Littleborough and the Waggon and Horses at Walsden in the Calder Valley. (You'll find both pubs in this blog, under their locations.)
It remains to be seen how many pubs survive. I'll be adding more photos of them at least on
upsanddownspubphotos.blogspot.com
Meanwhile here are a few articles for fans of British pubs, which have pertinent things to say about their fate, especially in relation to development companies.

Britain's pubs: we'll soon see the value of them, but will it be too late? John Harris 29th November 2020 The Guardian
Rising from the rubble: London pub rebuilt brick by brick after illegal bulldozing James Topper 21st March 2021 The Observer
This article, above, is especially cheering for pub supporters, as it sets a precedent for dealing with developers who destroy pubs out of spite when their planning applications for an alternative use are questioned or refused. This council ordered a developer to restore a pub they'd illegally bulldozed literally brick by brick.
